These Terms of Service are effective immediately upon your use of our services.

Our company provides professional advisory and document guidance services for individuals and enterprises. All services are for reference and daily arrangement purposes only, and do not constitute any form of mandatory guidance.

Service delivery timelines are clearly defined: 1 working day for standard advisory services, 2 working days for document review services, and 3 working days for customized planning services.

2. Booking and Appointment Rules

Online service bookings must be completed with full payment. Upon receipt of your payment, we will send a confirmation email to your registered email address within 24 hours to confirm the service time.

If you need to reschedule or cancel a booked service, you must notify us via the official email at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time. Unnotified absences or cancellations within 24 hours will be regarded as a completed service, and no refund will be provided.

3. Payment and Service Fees

All service fees are fixed in British Pounds (GBP) as listed on our official website, and must be paid in full before the commencement of the service. No additional fees will be charged without prior notice.

Refund applications for completed services will not be accepted. For unstarted services, refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 5 working days upon approval, and the refund will be returned to the original payment account.

4. User Responsibilities

When using our services, users must provide true, complete and valid information. Any losses or disputes caused by false, incomplete or misleading information shall be the sole responsibility of the user.

Users shall inform us of personal taboos, special restrictions or special service requirements at least 24 hours before the service starts, so that we can make reasonable adjustments to the service content to meet your needs.

5. Terms and Service Modification

We reserve the right to update, modify or supplement these Terms of Service or the content of our services at any time. All modified terms will take effect immediately upon publication on this page.

Users are responsible for regularly reviewing this page to understand the latest terms and service content. Continued use of our services after the modification shall be deemed as acceptance of the modified terms.
