This Refund Policy is formulated in accordance with local relevant regulations and officially takes effect upon publication.

1. Service Nature Statement

All items we provide belong to professional legal consulting guidance services, including document sorting suggestions, contract reference advice and daily legal related consulting solutions, which are intangible virtual service contents without physical goods delivery.

Users shall fully understand the service content and scope before placing a reservation order, and confirm that they agree to all service rules and refund clauses.

2. Eligible Refund Conditions

Users can apply for a full refund if they cancel the reservation within 24 hours after successful payment and our team has not started any service arrangement and demand docking work.

If we fail to provide the agreed consulting service within the stipulated time due to our own reasons, users have the right to apply for full refund.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Once our professional consultants start communicating demands, sorting plans or delivering consulting suggestions, the order shall not support full refund application.

Refund application will not be accepted if users voluntarily abandon the service, change personal demands temporarily or fail to cooperate to complete service communication.

No refund shall be granted for disputes caused by users’ misunderstanding of service content and self-judgment deviation.

4. Partial Refund Rules

For orders that have been partially served, we will evaluate the completed service progress and workload comprehensively, and handle partial refund matters according to the actual service proportion after mutual negotiation between both parties.

5. Refund Application Process

Users need to send refund application information including order number, reservation time and specific reasons to our official email address.

We will complete qualification review within 3 working days, and the confirmed refund will be returned to the original payment channel within 5 working days.

6. Service Replacement Regulation

Users who cannot continue to use the reserved service can apply for valid service time extension or equivalent service replacement instead of refund within the valid period, which shall be confirmed by both parties in writing.

7. Dispute Settlement Method

All service and refund related disputes shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, both parties shall abide by the local commercial service related laws and regulations to solve the problem.

8. Policy Revision Right

We reserve the right to adjust and optimize this refund policy according to market rules and service actual conditions. The latest clauses shall prevail after being updated and published on this page.
