1. Nature of Advisory Service

All online advisory guidance, document sorting suggestions and daily arrangement plans provided by our team are purely for reference and daily arrangement use only. All content shall not be regarded as unified standard guidelines for actual implementation.

2. Service Duration & Delivery Rule

One-on-one remote advisory services are divided into fixed time periods including 60 minutes, 90 minutes and 120 minutes. The effective communication time shall be subject to the confirmed service duration after order completion.

Finished reference documents and sorted materials will be delivered within 1 to 3 working days according to different service types after the end of advisory communication.

3. Personal Restriction & Special Reminder

If users have personal living habits, daily taboos, special usage restrictions, personalized demands and other special notes, please fully inform our staff at least 24 hours before the official start of the service.

We will reasonably adjust service content and expression ways according to your notified requirements. No subsequent adjustment application caused by failure to notify in advance will be accepted.

4. User Independent Decision Liability

All choices, arrangements and practical operations made by users independently after receiving our reference suggestions shall be fully borne by users themselves. Our company will not bear any related consequences and hidden risks arising from users’ independent behavior.

5. Service Content Adjustment Regulation

During the service period, if users need to adjust advisory directions and service demands, they must submit formal adjustment application via official email at least 24 hours in advance. Temporary on-site demand changes are not supported.

6. Information Authenticity Commitment

Users shall ensure that all submitted demand descriptions, personal backgrounds and related auxiliary materials are true and effective. Any service deviation caused by false information shall be undertaken by users alone.

We reserve the right to appropriately revise and supplement the content of this disclaimer according to actual service operation situations. All revised clauses will take effect immediately after being published on this page.
